Your epidermis is always exposed, at least a portion of it. You don’t live through life hiding behind a veil, and when you live your life irresponsibly, the signs show themselves especially when you age. Don’t worry because you still have plenty of chances to make it better. What you need right now is to pamper your skin so it glows and shines all throughout the day. Never think that makeup will be your only solution. Right now, you also need to consider about the skin care products you can use and what you can do when you visit your dermatologist.
First off all, you need to think about investing in the right kind of moisturizer. Products are no good if they can’t stick to your skin and get absorbed. And when you visit your skin doctor, get a treatment that makes use of hyaluronic acid or acid. You’ll notice a remarkable difference even with just one visit. Nonetheless, these things will be useless if you don’t know how to eat right. Tomatoes can be your new best friends. Plus, studies have shown that when people include this fruit in their daily diet, they don’t suffer extreme sunburns. Forget about foods that are deep fried in unhealthy oil. Instead, go on a high-protein, low glycemic diet. In a few weeks’ time, you’ll see that you don’t break out as often and that your skin remains soft and supple. The big bonus here is that you’ll be able to manage your weight as well. When you eat foods that are low on the glycemic index, you’ll be able to stave off cravings in the middle of the day. That’s because these break down slower and your body feels fuller for longer periods of time.
More importantly, try not to stress out too often. This can definitely mess with your complexion and when you let everything get on your nerves, not only are you more prone to breakouts, but you’ll also hasten the aging process. In case you do feel like you’re about to jump right out of your skin, go out and exercise. They say that yoga helps a lot because it teachers you to breathe your way toward a healthier you. And after a good workout, don’t delay your shower. Rinse off and apply a refreshing lotion in case you live in a humid climate.
For a healthier you, you need to work closely with your doctors as well. Listen to what they have to say, and if you choose to go through a procedure to make your skin look better, talk to the expert and see what works best for you. Nonetheless, it’s also what you do after that determines how your skin will turn out. Don’t just depend on your dermatologist or your doctor to keep you looking healthy. You need to start with the anti-aging creams even in your 20s. Then, use sunscreen every time you go out. You’ll be amazed at just how much you can achieve if you follow these simple bits of advice.

I’ve tried a lot of very expensive moisturizers and I’m allergic to a lot of things. This moisturizer is inexpensive, soaks right in, does the job, and I don’t react to it. All for a fraction of what I was paying at the department stores!
